For the longest time I've been running with my pair of Asics till I realize my foot type does not match the shoe!
I've got a high foot arch, along with a supinating (underpronation) running gait. Totally opposite compared to my Asics, which was meant for normal to flat footers, with tendency for overpronation. (Which means its actually been aggravating my problems all this while!)
And just when all that happens , I land myself a big accident that renders me incap from all upcoming competitions and races. crud.
